Trip back to my hubby's hometown

I'm back from my hubby's hometown long ago and I'm too lazy to blog about it. LOL. I love going back there, it's so relaxing. This time we bring our parents too, it was their 1st time going there and my dad was sooo looking forward to go to Taiping lake. He mention it was a very good place for photography. I went there so many times but never really took notice about how beautiful the place is.

The first day we went it was drizzling and we were unable to stay long so we decided we should go back to the lake the next day. Unfortunately my camera's SD card was not inside my camera due to some stupid reason which is not worth mentioning lol.

So sad case, I didn't have any chance to shoot any pic on our 2nd time to the lake. My hubby's sis took it. After the whole trip, I went home and check those pic that my hubby's sis took. It was a disaster!! About 90% of the photo she took I have to delete it and get so furious just by looking at it. Arghhh forget it, I swear the next time I will never leave my SD to others camera. lol.

Cooking time!

This morning my sister and I went to watch Julie & Julia. The movie was pretty nice, after all its all about cooking which is my fav. Lol. So after watching I soooo feel like cooking. Last sunday, my hubby bought me a sushi making kit, I think it is more kids. Lol. I know sound funny, cos it's a kid set. Well, I love it so much that i wanted to have it. There are many other kind of kit sets, but I could only buy 1 so....





So today I plan to make more sushi. Yesterday was a failure, the sushi didn't turn out to be what I expected. So today I went to buy seaweed, I will use the sushi kit to do again. Indeed, somehow I made it! haha. Tho some of them just break off but I think it still taste nice haha.

Nothing much

Previously I have made some chicken bun and had no chance to post it yet. So today the making of chicken bun has relive!
A step by step teaching you how to make a chicken bun. Enjoy.

Step 1: Prepare mushroom, mince chicken and carrots.


Step 2: Mix ingredients with seasonings.


Step 3: Knead dough (I use self rising flour)


Step 4: Cover the dough to let it rise


Step 5: Make the bun (I made some pattern to stick on top of the bun hee)


Step 6: Steam it for about 20-30 mins

Overall I think it taste pretty good, my family felt it too. Haha. But I guess some of the bun the skin is too thick. Next time I will remember to make thinner. Haha!

A few days or weeks ago which I couldn't remember haha, I made Sushi Rice Ball for my family to taste. And of course I made the largest ball for my hubby haha.

Recaps

Some recap of my some miserable encounter happened on last Saturday. My parents and I had an awesome lunch at a restaurant ‘Dian Xiao Er’. We ordered a family set meal with 4 dishes, 1 soup per person with rice. The 4 dishes are HK Style Steam Fish Slice, Dong Po Ro (pork dish), Dang Gui Roast Duck, Claypot Eggplant and Lotus Soup. I can say all the dishes are sooooo delicious even my parents agreed on it and comment we shall go there and eat the next time. Definitely worth it. Haha.

Well, after finishing our lunch my parents are going dating at Ion Orchard. I’m the poor girl that has no date and will be heading home. I was happily buy some tarts and bought a new pair of spectacles. When I reach my block’s void deck, I realize I didn’t bring my house key! No one is at home too! I know it is too late to call my parents to come back home to give me their keys. Fortunately, I brought my wallet. I got no choice but to take train to Tiong Bahru to find my hubby for keys. Lol.

It was really very embarrassing, I wore a very old short and there are patches of stains which I didn’t realize when before going out for lunch. So I had to wear it all the way to my hubby’s workplace. Feel like a aunty that just came back from wet market lol. After taking the keys, I was too embarrassed to take train home so I took a cab back. Spent around $16 on the cab fare. So sad… I’m $16 poorer now haha.

Went to Ion Orchard last last week, forget which sun I went lol. Well, nothing much I guess. Most of the shops are high ends shops, so they are definitely don’t suit me. Lol. My hubby and I had ice cream and dinner at Jurong point. Ice cream is yummy! I had my favourite Mango and Passion Food. Hee We had our dinner at Billy Bombers, I ate Surf and Turf Set Meal while my hubby ate Pork Rib and Chicken Thigh Set Meal.

This morning, I got really fed up by my boss. Stupid, idiot! Don’t wish to explain further else my blood will start to boil again for no reason. God please bless me not to be so miserable again!

Eclipse = Bad Day?

Today is the day where eclipse took place. Remind me of Heros, when eclipse took place they become super hero that own super power. Lol. Sometimes I wish I can be one of them too. Hahaha.. I must be thinking too much.

For me I think today is really a bad day for me. The moment I woke up, I'm so damn tired cause I have been dreaming all night. I dream about Charlie! Lol. Cant remember any details but I guess wasnt a bad dream. After preparing for work outside is already raining. I have never like raining cause it get me all wet. Hate that kind of feeling. Well after that I went to took train, on the way the train stopped for quite sometimes and an announcement was made that the previous train had some techinical fault thus cause the delay. I remember I was stuck in the middle of the railway for more than 20 mins. I so extremely tired, so I fall asleep. The moment I woke up, I realise I had miss the station by 1 stop. Damn it. I'm already late and I miss the station to alight.

After alighting at the next 2 station, I went to took a cab to work. It was still raining. Finally reach office at 9.20am, I was late by 20 mins. Well, I think not much people saw me late. Haha I thought all these bad happening has come to an end. Who knows when I was having lunch with my colleague. One of them pop up this question "Where u going after your work?" I thought for a moment and realise something "Shit! I forget I got class today. I didnt bring my textbook." What to do, I guess I will go to my lesson empty-handed haha.

Guess it's a bad day for me, instead of changing me into someone having super powers hahaha. Dream on....

During lunch time, my colleague told me that today is her last day. I'm so shock. The news was so sudden. I asked why does she want to left, she told me that she has no choice. She got axe! Sigh for her. While eating I kept thinking on yesterday's conversation about who and who are those people that are apple polisher to boss. And come to this conclusion that is every boss likes being 'lick'? If you don't 'lick' you will lose out to others? I hate that. This is one of the reason why I left my previous company. I hate the people there, they somehow form a motto "You lick, you win!" Lol. Nice motto huh? This motto just came out from my brain somehow. Ha.

Human are such a strange creature, they like to gossip, back stab, insult, laugh at, boot licking at, faking with others. Cant they just be themselves? Be frank, honest and being yourself. Being truthful to others. That is why human is the most cunning animal on earth. Peace out!

Finally, I make some time to blog... Looking at my previous post, the last entry excluding the new layout post is on the feb. Way sooooo long.. Lol. Tons of things had happen but I cant remember each and every detail to blog it.

Feb: After leaving the company, my rotting and growing 'mushrooms' days just started lol.

March: Whole month playing WOW and watching taiwan drama and movies.

April: Should be the same as march lol.

May: My 1st year anniversay! Been married for a year! Wow time flies... Still remember those time when my hubby and I just met. It's a blessing to marry him haha. Tho I don't go thru many relationships or experience alot of so-called ' love drama', I'm already content for what I got.

On the very day, my hubby took a day leave wanting to celebrate with me. But heaven play a trick on us, I was on high fever and sick for many days. I didnt even get to eat a single slice of the cake that my hubby bought. *sad* What worse was my hubby fall sick the next day. I guess I pass the virus to him lol. Poor us! Our 1st anniversay turn out to be not romantic and not happy day!! Next year's anniversay we must do something special to repay our 1st year. Lol.

June: Cant remember much, been rotting, watching drama everyday, every hour. Of course a bit of job hunting... Lucky enough I got a job after sitting for at least 3 months at home. I got this post of procurement cum admin executive. Pretty nice location and enviroment.

July: After working for nearly 3 weeks, I still cant click with some of the colleague here. It seems so hard to talk to them. During lunch I can totally keep quiet and hear them chat. There's nothing I can join in the conversation. Probably I'm still not used to it. I used to chat alot when I was still in my previous company, my colleague there was so crappy that we can joke and tease one another. Well, they all left before me. I miss those time when they always say I'm the lamest and crap alot. I miss crapping around. Sigh

I just sign up Twitter recommend by my sis. Will be posting all kinds of nonsense there. Feel free to join me crap. Lol. Anything or any new happening I will post there. I have put it up just at the right side------>

I was too bored, nothing to do in the office. Lol. Keep finding ways to kill time. *stab stab* 6pm please come fast. Lol.

Bling bling

Finally, on Wednesday my hubby went to collect my Valentine Day present. Hee! There's a phrase saying that 'Diamonds are women best friend'. I doesnt agree at all, but after seeing my bling bling (lol) I think its somehow a bit true. Haha.

Well, and Friday was my last day of work, and a few colleague of mine treat me TCC. Actually I felt kinda sad to leave if not for that 'dog' n her 'family members'. Just in case you don't know who is dog n her family member, let me explain. Dog is my ex manager, that promote from a specialist to a manager within 6 months. She is someone that do so much mistake but got covered up by somebody else, a freaking unlady like woman. She burps loudly any time of the day, laugh like a monster, behave like a market place aunty.

When she was just a specialist, she try means and ways to click with us. Once she become a manager, she was so damn proud. She thinks she owns the whole world. Shouting at her team members. Dont wish to talk about her, everytime I see her I feel like slapping her.

Anyway, I gotta start looking for job again. Sigh.. Again... The most sick and hateful thing to do. When I start to work at that company I thought I may stay long this time as the people is nice, I get to know a few best colleague, very flexible lunch time. But all was gone within a few months. My best colleague left, lunch hour being cut, more work, more changes and more of every bad things. If only there isnt so much changes, I might still be working there.
